Powered Reel

Hybrid Power

Hybrid The power is a function of the powered reel that allows the crawler to be charged continuously while the real is plugged into AC power. To activate this feature navigate to the reel settings page in your controller.

Charging the Powered Reel

To charge the power reel, simply plug in the provided ac power cable into the AC Power In port as shown below. The viewport windows on the back of the crawler allow you to see the status of the real charge. There are two battery sets and two Chargers inside of the reel. When lights are red, the batteries are charging. When lights are green, the batteries are fully charged.

This button is used to turn on/off the powered reel and connected vehicles.

Emergency Stop (E-Stop)

The E-Stop is strictly for emergency situations where immediate halting of the system is required to prevent harm or damage.

Engaging the E-Stop will immediately disable crawler and powered reel motors

The E-Stop is designed exclusively for the powered reel. While pressing the E-Stop temporarily pauses the crawler, it does not guarantee a full stop of crawler movement. Operators should not rely on the E-Stop as a primary means of stopping the crawler.

It is not meant for routine stopping, pausing, or powering down the system under normal operating conditions. Misuse of the E-Stop can lead to unintended consequences, such as unnecessary wear on components.

To disengage, twist the E-Stop to release, and enable motors in the controller UI
