A computer with 2 available USB ports and the reporting software installed
1x Micro HDMI-to-female HDMI adapter (provided, PN:11189)
1x Video capture card (provided, PN:11635)
1x HDMI-to-HDMI cable (provided, PN:11187)
1x USB-to-USB null modem cable (provided, PN:11186)
Plug the micro HDMI-to-female HDMI adapter into the hand controller
Plug the HDMI-to-HDMI cable into the adapter
Plug the other end of the HDMI cable into the video capture card
Plug the video capture card into the computer
Now connect the hand controller and computer together with the USB-to-USB null modem cable
On the controller, navigate to MENU → SETTINGS → SERIAL DEVICES and select the port the null modem cable has been plugged into. This option won’t show unless the null modem cable is connected:
7. Select Paired Port and then choose Report Output
8. Select a baud rate of 115200. If your reporting software is expecting a different baud rate, change it now.
If you third party reporting software cannot find the serial data, try:
Restarting both the BRIDGE controller and the reporting software.
Setting the COM ports to a number lower than 10. Some software such as WinCan requires this. This can be changed in the Windows Device Manager or Com0Com ("Setup" in Windows search bar) if using virtual ports.
