ROV Auto-Stabilization Toggle
Product description
ROV auto stabilization can now be toggled off within the ROV settings page or through a programmable button. This feature is applicable to the DTG3, REVOLUTION and PIVOT and will prevent thrusters from making corrective movements in the water. This mode cannot be used at the same time as our smart modes such as depth and heading lock, however it will function with other modes not related to the thrusters such as camera lock.
Problems solved
This feature has been requested in the past from customers for various reasons ranging from vehicle instability due to poor sensor feedback, soil kick up from thruster stabilization, increased power draw from thruster stabilization and even drive preference.
