Product description

This feature gives users the ability to export their fault logs so that they can share it with our service team for diagnostic purposes. Through a simple button press in the Faults menu the logs will export to the controller's active storage device as a .JSON file.

Problems solved

Currently, if customers run into a an issue with their product they usually call service and are required to look for relevant faults themselves. This can be costly on our service team's time especially if the customer doesn't know what to look out for, therefore by sending service the logs instead they'll be able to diagnose the issue much faster.

Product Walkthrough

1. Open the Diagnostics menu and select 'Faults'

2. Select 'Export Faults'

3. Ensure the active storage device is the one you want to export to, then select 'Export'

4. You will know your logs have been exported when the 'Saved' notification pops up
